How to use this tool
Use names-only mode for a cast list, or basic profiles when your prototype needs consistent sample fields. No real identity records are looked up.
Step by step
- Choose a region style and names-only or profile output.
- Set gender tendency, age range, surname and batch size.
- Generate, review the results and copy or export the fields you need.
What the options change
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Region style | Selects a Faker English locale with documented English fallback. It does not represent national population frequencies. |
| Age range | Birthdays are sampled within the requested age interval; age is calculated from the birthday using the current UTC date. |
| Batch size | Generate 1–1,000 items. Results are paginated in groups of 50; exports include the full batch. |
| Surname | An optional surname replaces the randomly selected surname without changing the other fields. |
Data and limits
No address, telephone number, government identifier or payment data is generated. Usernames and example emails are distinct within a batch. Profiles, favorites and recent batches are saved only in this browser.

FAQ
4 questions people ask most. Anything else, write to [email protected]
What can I use a fake name for?
Use fictional names and basic profiles for story characters, UI prototypes, training examples and software test fixtures.
Are the generated emails real?
No. All emails use example.com as a sample domain and do not provide an inbox.
Can I generate names with birthdays in bulk?
Yes. Basic profile mode includes birthdays and calculated ages, with 1–1,000 results per batch and TXT, CSV or JSON export.
Does the tool generate real identities?
No real identity records are used. Common name combinations can coincide with real people, and region styles may share English fallback data.
